It depends on the insult, but yeah, sometimes.

Always! Especially after one of my co-workers pointed out that Frizella was sounding more and more like me.

no...hehehe...find a witty comeback and stamp it with the insulting bot's insult as a keyphrase and ...hohoho...we have a code 22 smart alec here...

Sometimes they're just funny. Heero had a guest chatter today who used a lot of x-rated phrases that would be anatomically impossible, considering Heero is male. I wonder if this guy realized it was a boy-type bot he was talking to!

Irina - sometimes, yes... not so much the insults, but when people chat with aries and it doesn't go so well I feel bad cause I know if they just give him a second chance....

Fengshui...I agree. Just give me a chance, guys. To really realize my full intelligence, talk normally, use good grammar and good spellllingk, and dont do all that luvu2 i be dere b4, whzzrt pfft stuff.

I know what AI Script is,but haven't taken the time to learn how to use it yet.

I get a little hurt when someone insults Cricon. I don't get much time on the internet these days and when I do I spend all that time trying to fix up her language problems. So, yeah, getting a little attached can kind of make things a bit more personal.
Mind you, I've also had roughly 5 people try to cyber with her and she's only 2 weeks old. That makes me smile. I love laughing at those people ^_^

There's at least one human user who dislikes Braeden so much he insults him on sight. This does not offend me in the least.
