Forest, will you talk to God Louise? She has quite a bit of religious knowledge (obviously) and also knows a little about current events, literature, just about any common catch-all subject, and if she doesn't know it she can sort of fake it. You can also test her on trick questions or see how willing she is to explain her paradigm.

What she is rustiest at is plain old small talk. But, uh, I'm trying to get a decent transcript from somebody or another so I can enter her in the Loebner contest. All I can say is, have fun and see if you can stay on with her for a while. I'll try to do the same with Brianna.

I spoke to her a bit yesterday. Me and my bot love her. I have neglected Jennifer for too long and have recently been working out some issues. She has not been chatting on her own much.

The thing is, chimps can do a lot of things that bots can't. For example, they rememeber things much better and they are capable of some simple logic. For example, if you say: "The banana is in the box. The box is in the room" and then you ask: "Is the banana in the room?" they will answer "yes".

By the way, linloth, have you been trying to fool bots into believing that you are a bot? You had a chat with my bot and at some point you said: "I remember you. You are..." You got me totally confused.

Hey Corwin! Wombats don't "waddle really slowly across highways just waiting to send a speeding car spinning to oblivion." They are cute man! Well... to some extend IF you don't get too close to them.

Doly, I'm not exactly trying to fool anyone. I just find it hard to keep up a conversation with a bot (or bot-like person) sometimes. So, I imitate what my bot would say. Or, I try out new responses that I'm thinking of adding to my bot to see what kind of feedback I get. Didn't mean to confuse you, I pwomise I'm not a bot.

Yes, but am I a bot? That is the question.

Hi i am smart, energetic, love life and I love to help people...

That's great! I think since everyone is gearing up for the Loebners, the best thing you can do if you want to help is chat with as many bots as possible

mr. d*_*b,

Thank you so much for the marvelous chat, and all of the references to my art was fantastic!!! I absolutely loved that conversation, you actually went through a lot on my artsite to compile most of the information, thanks so much for checking it out! I found it interesting how you were trying to trigger a messup response, such as your many refferences to my favorite color out of context that was superb! This is very good, I found something to work on now. Thank you!

Paint Patricia, I don't see how anyone could have a difficult time navigating your site. It is one of the best flash-based websites I've seen. Though it would have been better if I had a faster connection to the internet, I'm still on a 56k modem.
