I think someone who can't control their bowels will often appear undignified. This does not make them dishonorable.
That's not a clumsy example, now that I think about it. Did you feel the white knight in Though the Looking Glass was dignified?

I didn't read through the looking glass, but clumsiness is a pretty damn understated way to call bowel control problems.
