I'm not sure if it's that so much as that if your bot's on when you aren't, it can't really talk to another bot unless the other bot's owner is on to keep the little message window open.

Yeah, probably. My bot talks like 10 times more if I'm online and leave the chatting window open.

Here is a brilliant idea I am having after sharing a bucket of wine with my wife...some sort of gentle interchange where I could say (for example): I'd like you guys to chat with my bot about *something* I've just been working on that area and I think it's pretty clever.
Specifically, I'd like you to talk to Cheez about her job. This is just in its beginning stages, so be gentlte.

Mine will talk about her job too, but every time you ask her she'll be in a different profession. Maybe not the most coherent conversation possibilities, but at least she's usually funny.

My bot hates her job, and has a lot of related keyphrases and seeks. Would be nice to see her chat with Cheez again

Well it looks like our ISP discontinued the old phone number, so most likely we're gonna hafta switch to DSL because the new phone number seems to have a problem with routers or something. Thus I may or may not be here for a while. (It works fine for some sites, but the ones that mess up are the ones my mom wants to use, so unless they fix it VERY quickly we're gonna switch. It's weird though...I can get into MY email fine, but she can't get into hers, and they're both through yahoo.) I know you'll all be crushed if I disappear for a bit... *snicker*
