Well there's a sidebar(either side), a topbar, using frames, a flash bar that tags along as you scroll.. there's a lot of options. The standard is a sidebar on the left.

and to the whole sidebar thing... that was the perception i thought the conversation was about just a side bar and not a navigation system...( that point should have been less vague from the start then.) And Onyx it has notthing at all to do with your site, which i had stated before when i first started my rebutal, just stating on the topic of sidebars and not anyone in perticular's site.

I wasn't defending my site from anyone but Kirby since he seems to be the only one who has a problem with it.

I'm just saying it makes a bad first impression.

Hemmm.... it seems like the amount of time the botmaster stays logged in is in direct proportional to the time the bot will stay logged in

I'm not sure if it's that so much as that if your bot's on when you aren't, it can't really talk to another bot unless the other bot's owner is on to keep the little message window open.
