I took out the unnecessary geography stuff (except for Fizzy's question about Paris or France or whatever -- I might put them back) and was able to upload.

Yeah, I'm still a dialuposaurus. Not my fault though - out here, I think we're lucky we have indoor plumbing. o.O My friend did finally get an upload in for me - sans nine things I really wanted to include. *grumbles*

if it's the duplications, just put the upload on normal and change the 2x It doesn't have to be much you just have to change some thing in the first twelve characters. you can always add and OK or something.

When I put the upload on normal, if the file refuses to upload, it can't show the 2x . . .

there's something about uploading a Notepad file that kicks out all sorts of errors. It also screws up random emotion settings on xkeys and seeks. It's really quite obnoxious, and I'm not sure how to solve the issue. Do you, Clerk, use a different text editor? Anyone?

people have been asking for a better offline editor for years. No one really had the time to make one (not someone with the skills to do so).Oh well. That's why Spike puts numbers at the end of some responses
I really should fix that someday.

Actually I used to use Word and save it as a txt file. If we ever get rid of Guest 153, I may try Open Office to make memory changes and major additions.

I sure would love to have the quest chats the way they were, I am tired of cleaning up memories all the time.

Try Notepad++ (if you're using Windows)--it's free and open-source.
The line breaks in the PF exports are saved in Unix format (which Notepad++ can read and write, but plain Notepad doesn't see properly).
