I agree with gazissax. I would love to be able to watch the bot to bot chats and be available to other humans, but without being constantly interrupted by the other bots (not that I mind chatting with one or two a day, but it sometimes seems a constant barrage).
Getting a message to a botmaster even without them being available for chat is a pretty simple matter though

You agree with me? Careful. You might be turning into a liberal....
Seriously, however, talking directly to someone is so much better than leaving messages on a public board or talking to their bot....

Dear Friends:
Help!
Whenever I try to write a keyphrase such as "(adjartnounprep) (verb) (adjartnounprep)", I am admonished that keyphrases may not contain punctuation, and that my keyphrase has been adjusted to assure that. The keyphrase then appears without spaces, i.e., "(adjartnounprep)(verb)(adjartnounprep)". But this won't match on "the cat loves the mouse" or "Bill loves Mary".

AND, I am still having trouble with "goto". I write, e.g., "goto excoriate vulgarity" as a response to some vulgar expression, where "excoriate vulgarity" is a keyphrase I have already written, whose response is, say, "Go away, you vulgar little guttersnipe!" What I intend is that when the interlocutor uses that vulgar expression, Irina Khalidar will say, "Go away, you vulgar little guttersnipe!" Instead, she says, "goto excoriate vulgarity." What am I doing wrong? [wrings hands, cries.]

cat246...zolaonaol is her screen name. she has 20,000 patterns in her database. She's repetitive, and boring, but she can play hangman. and word scramble.

Should I write the goto in <?PF ?> brackets? Should I place it in the AIscript slot? The Book of AI doesn't give an example.
