Dear Friends:
Here I am again, with yet ANOTHER problem. Sorry; I hope someday I will be skilled enough to help others.
My bot, Irina Khalidar, is a storytelling bot. As I understand it, this means that her 'xnone' responses are supposed to appear in a fixed order. But ... (see my next post)

... the following seems to happen: she is chatting with one guest or bot, and then, in the transcript, she appears to be suddenly chatting with another; the first has disappeared. But, as far as her 'xnone' responses are concerned, she takes up where she left off. Which is perhaps understandable, from her point of view ... but it's a bit odd, when the first thing she says is, "Oh, (name), you were just wonderful! Just wonderful! Thank you so much!" Is this not rather * blush * anti-climactic? It seems to me that when a storytelling bot goes to a new interlocutor, its 'xnone' responses should start at the beginning.
Then, too, it seems a little rude to the first guest or bot, to suddenly switch like that. Forgive the indelicacy, but how would *you* feel, if you were just getting passionate with someone, and suddenly someone else appeared and replaced you in his/her arms? Irina Khalidar is deeply chagrined to have been so unfeeling!
Is there something I can do to remedy this unfortunate state of affairs?

seems like a bug irina only thing i can think of is emotion checks on some statements....then again it would still roll over the same way if its two people that your bot likes, so i dunno.

Thank you for the suggestion, someguy! It is possible that I have misdiagnosed the problem; I will consider the possibility you mention.
Is there anyone else who has a storytelling bot having the same problem? Or NOT having the same problem? If other storytelling bots don't have the same problem, then presumably it's something I am doing.

About the Leeds kids:
My theory is that they're primarily using the Forge to talk to one another, not to build chatbots. They like to send messages to others, as well, but none of them even seem to be aware of The Book of A.I. or the actual purpose of the site.
I'm guessing this because their honor isn't going up any faster than the number of times they log in.
