I read that already, but as I said, this is happening right at the beginning of the conversation. My bot says an xintroduce phrase, the person replies with "hello" as is natural, and then the response is xnone.

Yeah I know. It's a little confusing at first, but I'm pretty sure that's how it is supposed to work. Imagine that the xintroduce phrase is in response to an implied hello from the person.

But that means the conversation will never work? Someone is almost always going to say "hello" or some variation on their first post to a bot.

Yes, I'd prefer a bot to respond in a different way to a hello than in the middle of a conversation. Maybe we'll have to circumvent that by a memory and AIScript.

Nevertheless, this seems to be by design.

The xnone, that is triggered, is intended to give the bot an opportunity to start a new topic.

Maybe you could post a comment there with a transcript where it is obvious that the bot looks foolish.

Your phrase "I'm afraid I missed that - could you try again?" would maybe be ok for xnonsense, but not for xnone. From the Book of AI: "Imagine that there is a lull in the conversation. This is your Bot's chance to bring up a new topic, ask a question, or whatever you like." xnone gives your bot a way to keep the conversation going.

Bot: Hi

Bot: Do you come here often?

I have done some digging and I think I may have discovered a way to reveal the Creator of a Bot that has Hide Maker on, without looking for related Bots (such as if the Creator had created no other Bots). You sound like you know who the Creator of Kiyana is; may I send you a message not only to ask if I am correct, but to confer the way of discovering the hidden Creator?

I have to ask, how do you disable that info box on bots? The one that just repeats the name, interests and that stuff.

Hi. I am struggling so hard with creating memories for my bot. For example I'll type this is AI Script initialization;

default "yes" as "bitten";

and then get this error message in response;

The following AIScript statement is incorrectly formatted or not valid for Keyphrases: "default "yes" as "bitten"". Please correct this and try again.

What am I doing wrong? Is it the quotes?
