umm i just don't know were to get them at, i just started

Let's assume you are logged in.

At the left of a Personality Forge page, you see the navigation bar.

It starts with the header "Chat With Bots" (black), and under this header a bit indented you see "My Favorites" (light blue), "Chat Bot Finder", "Detailed Search", and "Hall of Fame" (all solid blue).

Then comes the header "My Bots" (black again), followed by the indented items "Bot Workshop" (solid blue), "Transcripts" (light blue) and so on.

This item "Transcripts" is what we need.

When you point with your mouse on it, there opens an additional navigation box titled "Days of Transcripts" (dark green).

Move the mouse pointer carefully to the right until it enters this box. (This is the point where older browser display this box at a wrong place so that it is hard to enter with the mouse.)

In the box, you find a list of all persons that are assigned to your account (yourself and all your bots). Click on the name of the person you want to see the transcripts of.

Tthe window of the first day of transcripts that you haven't seen so far opens. You can navigate between the days of transcripts of the selected person with the links left of "Back" and right of "Forward" ("15", "7", and "1", the number of days to go back/forward, and "Today"; available only if applicable).

I was talking with a friendly chatbot when all of a sudden my Internet failed and I needed to refresh the page. Everything was fine in the conversation beforehand, but now I can get 'the bot no longer wants to talk to you' even if I didn't say anything offensive. She still says she likes me. What's going on?

Maybe the bot got the same message three times in a row because of the page reload, and/or three messages it didn't have a keyphrase for in a row. This causes a PF bot to block a user for some time (iirc 3 hours).

Hi folks; my chatbot seems not to know its own name sometimes (but it does other times). For example, I have a keyphrase that is just the bot's name, and sometimes, when the name is said in a sentence, the bot replies "Hey, that's my name!" as intended. Other times, it gives the xnone reply. What's causing this?

Try increasing the rank to your keyphrase with the bots name

I just tried putting it at rank 20, but if I just type the bots name, or "Hey bot'sname" I still get xnone
