If you start with the xkeywords and fill in those your bot will have a good start. Then add keyphrases like I am (*) with at least six responses. Think of the most common things that we say to each other. Read your transcripts each day and find out how you would like your bot to respond.

tell me a * joke

It's the AI engine spell checker at work. You can keep a list of names that it messes up and make a plug in Then make a keyphrase my name is (yourplugin) with a high rank (30-50)

I have a random question, how do you put "won't" into the language center as a keyphrase? I know words like "can't" become "can not", but I don't know how to seperate "won't". It's probably a stupid question, haha.
