Is that happening again? The Prof must still be working on things. Wait a day and see if it goes away.

Know whether your guest is speaking in the past tense, so that you may respond appropriately!
I just made a shared plugin called "(verb_past)", listed under "phrases". This gives the past tense of 101 common English verbs.
Feel free to add to it, if you're sure you understand what it's all about. If every active botmaster contributed 5 more verbs, we'd be in very good shape! Especially desirable are those verbs that do NOT form their past tense simply by adding "ed", since those can be captured with "(verb)ed".

PS: Note that the words in "(verb_past)" are in alphabetical order. this makes it easier to tell what is in it and what is not, so if you add words, be sure to place them according to that order! thank you!

Oops! Sometime ago I announced that I had created a shared plugin, (verb-trans), which listed several hundred transitive verbs. Actually, I had inadvertently made it private! [blush] But I have now remedied that! It may be found under "phrases".
One reason to care whether a verb is transitive is, that if you are changing "you" to "I/me", if the "you" comes right after a transitive verb, it should probably become "me" rather than "I". E.g.:
I will emulsify you
becomes
You will emulsify me
A general principle being
I * (verb-trans) you
becomes
you (key1) (key2) me
English grammar being the rat's nest it is, every general principle has exceptions, but it's a start! When you find exceptions, give them a higher rank so that they will override the general principle. Often you will not have to do anything because the keyphrase for the exception, being longer (because more specific) than the keyphrase for the general principle, will be chosen by the AIengine for that reason.

Dear and Noble Professor:
You wrote:
Hey, what are all those plugins with (((multiple parenthesis))) around them? The system was supposed to stop those from being created, as it's not the intended format. Does anyone know why so many were created like that?
I suspect that some of them were created because their creators didn't realize that the parentheses were automatically supplied by the editor.
