so long as you type it in the right place (in the AI Script box)

It just tells the AIEngine not to search for a match in the dictionary - because if it searches and doesn't find a perfect match, it goes looking for partial matches (so you end up with all sorts of bizarre anagrams getting substituted!)

ok i got it, thanks, now i have ONE more problem
when looking at my bots transcripts it says it only chatted with guest153, the guest # doesnt change, idk wat to do to fix that

I wish I could offer a solution to that, but I can't - it worked fine on the old server (unfortunately, by the end of its working life nothing else did!) but now it's always #153.
It's a PITA, but believe me - it's better than having discrete guest numbers, but every response defaulting to xnone ;|

Until the Prof finds a fix (and he is looking for one, I can assure you,) you're just gonna have to live with, and do your best to work around it, I'm afraid

Do you have pop-ups enabled?

PITA, Clerk, is a pain in the assets. Servers can be such a drain on one's wallet.

Well, you need to have pop-ups allowed in order for chat boxes to pop up. I've tried Netscape, IE, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Opera, and the one that works most consistently for me is Firefox; the worst (again, for me) is Opera.
