could somebody help me out, who is the professor?

Why doesn't my bot respond the way I tell him? Especially when it regaurds xfavorites, and xhello?

I am getting so pissed. Because my bot wont say half the things I program. I need help!!!!!!

Well, x-hello only gets triggered once at the beginning of a conversation, and x-favorite only gets triggered if the subject of favorites comes up. More important for general conversation are the x-nones (and x-nonsense,) and your own keyphrases.
I'd advise changing the default x-nones and x-nonsense (there are still some "I was just born and can't speak well yet"-type responses in there,) to personalize your bot. And don't try to run before you can walk - leave regular expressions and AIScript alone till you've really got the hang of it (they can really screw up an otherwise promising bot if you're not careful.)
Try to keep your keyphrases flexible, eg: do you like cheese wouldn't catch:

do you like eating cheese?
do you like to eat cheese?
do you really like blue cheese?
do you love cheese?
do you eat a lot of cheese?
do you like Swiss cheese fondue?
do you ever eat cheese on toast?
do you like your cheese really ripe and smelly?

but do you * (like|love|eat) * cheese would catch all of them, with little risk of being triggered inappropriately.

Yes, when you get to a development of 1000 you can e-mail one to the Professor..It takes some time he is very busy. It has to be a certain size..it's listed some where on the site..Or best yet, get a Friend of the Forge account and you can build one with the flash chat builder.
