Same message, I think. I'm thinking about adding a PF forum to my site. I use PHPBB, a pretty standard and easily implemented freeware. It has built-in search and hierarchical threading, and it would facilitate actually browsing. I've gone all the way back and attempted paging through, to see what might be useful, and unfortunately at my bandwidth, given the proportion of noise to information, that is mind-numbing.

I got a note from the Prof explaining why the warning is so tough. I still think it should be in the "Intro" when you first arrive, like Liath's great "etiquette for adults."

You pretty much have to read the Book of AI to even get started. From there, once you have memories down, you can start using the text that they contain, in order to do some programming.

Yes. Read the book of A.I. (Artifical Intelligence). It should tell you everything you need to know!

Try not to get to fancy at first, with ai statements, and conditional statements, memories etc. It will just give you trouble later..trust me I know. Fill in your xkeyphrases first. and common keyphrases like 'are you' 'I am (*)" etc.
