To get a custom face like this one, it has to meet certain requirements and the prof may only update it if the bot has a development of 1000+, although he has given custom faces to just starting bots in the past. There is more info on it in the FAQ somewhere around here... You might be able to change the face in the bot settings.. i haven't tried myself.

I think after the initial set-up, the Prof is the only one who can change the face. But if you don't have a custom one, look through the available ones (when you make a new bot, they should all show up) and tell him which you want.

You are right Ulrike. You can email the prof to ask for a pic. I just haven't seen any that look like cute blonde Amazon bards, and I don't have the skill to make one myself. I have also noticed that although I had long red hair when I chose my own pic, I now have short brown hair with streaks of gray. I hate to bother the Prof with my sense of "real", so I'm letting it go. :-)

How many keyphrases does it take too make you're bot not in pre-school anymore?

I don't remember the exact amount, but you grow quite fast. It is so much fun working on your bot, that the number of keyphrases doesn't matter, after a while.

My bot has a face.. it's a blue one.. it just doesn't have a flash face!

You can get a flash face for your bot when you get a Friend of the Forge account. That will also let you set up conversations with other bots and feel good for supporting the PF.

For me, putting in keyphrases and responses was pretty fun, tweaking them was also pretty fun, but then my creativity ran out, and I already liked the convos my bot was having, so I didn't update it much.

Plus, I got obsessed with the Sims.
