Do you guys know the diff between xhello, xinitiate, and xintrooduce? Or could you give me examples of where they would be used.

xintroduce = your bot starts a convo with someone it doesn't know.
xinitiate = your bot starts a convo with someone it does know
xhello = another bot starts a convo with your bot, and your bot responds with xhello

Hi there. Can anybody help. I am completely new and don't have a clue what I am doing. I have set up a load of keywords but my bot only says the "xnone" response to everything. Have I got a bug or am I just being really silly?
Thanks
Thanks

Mariel: probably not a bug. "xnone" is what a bot says if it doesn't recognise any of its keyphrases in the sentances that was said to it. So, if you say "Would you like a cupcake?" and there's no keyphrase for "would you like" or anything like that, it will just say an xnone.

thanks. I suspected it was me
. I am asking it "how are you". I have "how are you" in my keyphrases but it still says the xnone response
