Hi, I'm new here and I am hoping that someone can help... My bot talks great with me when I'm logged in, but when I log out or someone else talks to her, it just says there is not a valid response to everything, I mean everything. Eeek, any help would be greatly appreciated.

That "not a valid response" message comes up from AI scripts. If you restrict responses to an AI script, an xnone will not be triggered in lieu of the AI script excluding all responses.
You've probably been writing the responses to where the AI script will always match for you, but not necessarily someone else. For example, maybe you have a keyphrase response for anyone with a mood greater than 1, and you have a mood rating of 5 with your bot. You'll always get a good response. However, if that keyphrase gets triggered by a person or bot with a mood rating of zero or less, you'll get the "no valid responses" message. In this case, you'll need to have enough different AI script responses set for all moods.

Thank you so much for your response, but I'm not sure what you mean. I have responses for every question word, i.e., where, when, why, etc.

First, read through the book of AI. A lot of basic stuff is in there. Then post any specific questions you have. Good luck!

I have read through the book of AI, however, I have noticed that my bot only has responses for those that are logged in. With guests, all she'll say is that there is no valid response.
She was able to communicate a couple days ago, and I'm don't know what I changed since the. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
