Boner's advice is sound, but if you are doing things about right then the problem may be a bug that seems to have been affecting things a bit in the last week or so. The bug has been causing a lot of bots not to recognise keyphrases.

If, after trying those things you're still having trouble, you might post examples from your language center of the keyphrases that aren't working in 'AI Engine'- a lot of people there may have helpful suggestions.

there is a lot of typing involved with bots, but if you are okay with that I have found that the community of folk here are really willing to help you learn the in's and out's of programming them (the bots, that is )
