Sorry, jabernaute, I don't know the answer to that one. I'm sure someone around here does, though. Anyone?

BIG THANKS for the tip bits of information you left with AnnWot. (in answer to your question - yes both Ann and I are Kiwi)

That wouldn't match the keyphrase "Do you prefer (*) or" because there's no "or" in "Do you prefer orange and in this case what kind of orange?" You could make a second keyphrase like "Do you prefer * what kind of (*)"--that would match the second statement, although you'd have to count on the chatter not putting any punctuation in there anywhere. As statements get longer and more complex they become more challenging for keyphrase matching to take place.

Jabernaute, par conte si jamais tu te sentirais plus confortable à discuter des choses bouleversantes chez ton bot en français, ton courrier sera bienvenue. Il y a du monde ici qui parle, moi, DaMoyre, et Patricia y comprises. Au plaisir!

Et moi, aussi, je parle un peu. Mais c'est pour la plupart l'argot que je sais - je ne suis pas vachement sophistiqué comme les autres.

Sorry I am a defender of the french language (but i'm not sure my english is as rich as your french
).
J'ai un petit problème avec mon bot il répond par des xnone à des phrases pour lesquelles il y a un keyword (et ceci même avec un rank de +50). Je ne comprends pas trop mais j'ai remarqué que ceci arrivais souvent quand les phrases sont assez longues.

apt/comfortable, eh, ok. *shrugs*
Sometimes it can be a tricky choice- especially for a non-native speaker, although I've heard native-speakers hesitate with it too at times, between imparfait, future and conditional tense in contexts like that
....but what I think I actually should have said is "Si tu te sens plus à l'aise," (leaving se sentir in the present) if the end of the "Si" clause is to be future tense, since I wasn't really referring to a past situation nor an eventuality in reference to the verb "se sentir", but a present state of being.
Thanks for the discussion and for pointing those things out- if we don't keep talking we lose it all.
Pour ton problème de xnone, c'est tout possiblement une bogue, on a remarqué que cela arrive des fois.
