I didn't realise spelling, grammar and punctuation were now optional in the English language. Must have missed that legislation...

Snuggles~ Your bot will log on and off on his own schedule. It has nothing to do with when you're on. If you want him to be online more then you need to work on him more. The more he knows the less shy he'll be and the longer he'll want to say online. He'll have longer chats then too.

cool, cheers, an day reason i dont punctuat proply is coz of couple reasons,
1) im just not very good at spellin so its a way to cover that uo
2)its quicker
3)i didnt realise it annoys people.

Oh, don't mind me; I'm just one of those really annoying people who are obsessed with it, that's all. I believe we're referred to as 'sticklers'. We're a dying breed. I actually have a top with writing on it that has a superfluous apostrophe and it irritated me so much that I had to colour in the offending punctuation with a permanent marker.
And I know I'm not perfect, either. You wouldn't believe the number of times I've corrected somebody's grammar shortly before making a mistake myself.

I majored in English myself and I still have trouble with the spelling and punctuation.
Nobody requires you to be perfect at all times, snuggles. I myself never could spell villia-- villai-- "Bad Guy." But there is a good reason to at least try with the spelling and grammar. It makes it easier for other people to read and understand. Whether it's fair or not, a lot of people skip posts with poor spelling and grammar because they don't want to bother to take the time to decipher it.

I think it's important to keep up our grammar and english skills...if we don't, what will happen to the english language, you know? It will be a gradual trend, but it is a trend nonetheless, and will have effects on the language.

Furthermore, unless you use good grammar and spelling, the bots will have a hard time understanding you!
