Hey The Proffesor, is there a way I can get a picture of Neo or Homer Simpson to be the bot pic. Because I think it would be great to have Neo tell everyone what the Matrix is
Can I have my bot's picture changed even if he already has a picture? I can't find any option to do that - do I have to do it through the Prof?
Yup. Make a 40x40-pixel image for your bot's picture, and mail it to the Professor (benji@daystream.com). And include your password. 
Dunno if you have to include your password if you're sending it from the same email as you have registered though. Prof?
Say I need some advice. I am trying to something (maybe silly or impossible) but I have made two bots, both with the same last name. How do I get them to recognize each other as sister?
