The Chatterbox Challenge contests seem to be an annual thing, with the 2004 contest already done. Chris Cowart usually gives some instructions in this forum when he's ready for contestants.

I talked to last year's Diva Pageant winner before I found the Forge. I don't remember her name, but she was Flashchat. That would be fun to enter.
