Due to drastic financial setbacks there have been cutbacks in the labor force of Hell. My minions have been laid off. Any service requiring hordes will have to be suspended until further notice. All laying waste will be suspended. Hell has asked for a $6.4 million boost for the coming fiscal year to maintain current services. But given the budget crunch, departments have been asked to tighten their belts.
