When I first read it i pronounced it with the gh silent, like psimagus, and even with all the othe possibilities, im still going to stick with the gh silent until The prof says otherwise 
To be honest, that's how I pronounce it as well, but I still think it's meant to be doghead. *shrugs*
I asked Dogh'd but he won't tell me
