Laydee, never heard of it, and I've heard quite a few Spanish kids' songs. 'Veo' means 'I see' in Spanish, though.

That would explain why the actions for that bit are pointing to your eyes.

Like I said before, I don't speak Spanish but the lyrics to the verse spelt phonetically are:
