If you drive them at a high enough velocity, say, off a cliff or over a ramp, trucks can certainly fly. The landing's the hard part.

This truck flies. Headquarters were testing their new stealth truck out the other day. It has wings, rocket launchers AND a toaster!
hmmm my headquarters just tested a new flying steath rock. no toaster but there is a nice vending machine strapped to the front.
