We got a nice little contraption Dr. Phlogiston brought in here a few months ago. Ya see, it's this little box with a bright candy-red dial. And if I turn it THIS way... you get less drunk.

You see? It's a wave-box that affects neurons- lets the AlCo2 flow through the nerve endings and out the body faster. Course there's usually a rush for the bathroom, too.
