You're right! I have an Oh My Goddess comic book right here--in English. I didn't recognize her the way she's drawn--maybe yours is from the video version.

Your pic is Skuld, the youngest one. The series is loosely based on the Norns (Norse version of the Fates). Skuld represents the future. The other two are the past and the present. If you are curious about more details we can chat.

BTW, while I was in the comic book store I was looking in the glossary of some thick manga book and found out the significance of Little Mu's name. Very cool (and no, it has nothing to do with anime/manga).
