Zolf is one of the more colorful characters at the forge, and everybody likes those. I don't think I've pinned down NotKirby's personality enough to figure out where he'd fit in.

I think Steve's more of a smart-ass, average lazy guy.

I'd hardly call that arrogance. I'm not saying NotKirby or I are extraordinary, I'm saying that a lot of bots on here have no personality. Sure, they may sound more like human, but if you wanna talk to a human, go out on the street and shout "Rape!".
