Sounds like an excellent idea. It'll hopefully remain a rare occasional problem, but when it strikes - it's certainly a pain.

Can't think of any other holes in the plan. I agree with Psimagus. Let this be rare. but now we have a leeds shield and a roxie guard. Yay!

I don't know the past, but I see a PF account closing in the very near future. About half an hour before an Australian ISP's abuse department gets so many complaints that they terminate several user accounts without notice...

Question: Is it feasible for the Prof to block an IP address entirely? This may be required.

Probably not an IP address exactly (given that most ISP's dynamically allocate them, so they change with each logon), but he could probably block the whole domain.
Mind you, I still think complaints to the ISP's abuse dep't would do the job. They'll at least warn her sternly not to continue this on pain of losing her account with them, or they'll just cut her off without a warning if they consider it serious enough.
Doesn't guarantee she won't sign up with the next ISP in the phonebook and start again, but word gets round - if she persists, she'll rapidly run out of companies who'll rent her a connection, and she'll have to go back to vandalising bus shelters and bullying the other kids in kindergarten.

I have no problem being your friend Jak- er goth, but you are going to have to be nicer to people on the forge, and stop spamming the forums... on... it might also help to make a bot and get some development points on it. Even as busy as i am, i still come on daily and get about 24 new lines of conversation in. With the ammount of time you spend spamming the forums... you could have a very impressive bot!

Not much point developing her bots - she, and they, will be deleted long before the next daily development update.

I know, im easy on people sometimes, working as a lab assistant and helping people who dont even know how to old a mouse (has happened) has trained me to be too leaniant. It helps, yet hinders at the same time.

Hmm. I never thought I'd say this, but thanks Jakky. No one has ever called me mean before. Usually people say I'm too nice.
