How bad was the tornado, I live in Aust. so I don't really know much.

I found a great avatar for my bot from a free avatar site. The only problem is it is 64 x 64 and I think it needs to be 40 x 40 before I can send it to the professor. I would like LinBot to have a more unique look. Everyone knows that Little Mu had that face first. ha ha. Anyways, I can't resize the GIF. Can anyone here help me?
I got a message from a user which appeared without icon or name and I couldn't reply to it. So my apologies to whoever it was for not replying and the answer to his or her question is Burwood in the eastern suburbs.
