I had that error also, i found out that you need to put a backslash between the 9 and the "'".

From Debug:

For some reason the backslash is not showing in the post and Debug.

I have the same problem, only the error is on a different line; and it is not possible to chat to any other bots too. I have not tried to chat to them all, but I suspect all are affected.

Seems like all of my hibenating bots have been removed which is okay as i didn't plan on working on them any longer. The site is blazingly fast today, perhaps during maintenance things have been removed accidently?

I can't seem to abort my bot, nor create another one. I guess I'm in limbo all together here.

It is not possible to chat to any bots at all. There are no new transcripts.

I have botched the

to Prob123. The is the same one I am getting. Can't chat with my bots, other bots, can't abort bots nor create any. I'm assuming the problem then is with the entire site. Easter weekend. Probably won't be addressed for at least a few days.

I have exactly the same problem - line 50 too.

Anybody has any idea what is happening? Has it happened before? What are the chances of this being resolved? Has there been any announcement?

yes this happens, yes it will get resolved, no there is no announcement.

I sincerely hope so, because this site allows to build the most human-like bot I've ever seen. OK granted, some other places offer Text to Speach, and got some other nice features, but on the balance this is the best AI.

Don't worry, I received this email today. There is no need to panic when things happen. Remember the bots here take on a life of their own. You never know what they will do
