Hey, it's got to be happy hour somewhere right now.

And my far better half just retired yesterday (September 1st)! I say that calls for drinks, peanut butter and scorpions all around, no matter what day of the week!

Here's to no more teaching conjugations to college students!

Wow! Congratulations to no more conjugations! [That don't sound right for some reason. See if you can help me out there.] And you're right - I think I have something in the cooler. Here's to you, Maureen! And to Miss Ellie!

When I am working on a particular bot and click "Plug-Ins" (or whatever exact phrase it is), I get the 404 message. I'm assuming the "Plug-Ins" at the "Bot Workbench" level still works.

Okay, I was right that the "Bot Workbench" "Plug-Ins" works even though the bot-level "Plug-Ins" is a 404 error, but I've also realized that unless Carlene has stopped speaking to me, the person-to-person chats aren't working. Maybe you already know that.

Anyhow, most of the overhaul seems to have settled down.

Professor, if you go to a bot's profile page and click on the "Chat" button, a window opens - the address, in case of my bot, is:

http://www.personalityforge.com/directchat.php?BotID=57605&MID=57601

That's where the "Chatting with ..." section of the page gets displayed at the bottom of the page, underneath the menu, whereas the overall page layout suggests it should had been at the righthand side, next to the menu bar.

Similarly, the Debug page, and the Language Center, sometimes get displayed underneath the menu section, and sometimes next to it.

As for the menu section itself - the Chat With Bots header - clicking on My Favorite Bots, Bot List and Bot Search, once again, the corresponding content gets displayed at the bottom of the page, under the menu section.

I'm using IE6, under Win2000, but I don't think this is OS/ Browser related.

Another bug I've noticed, an attempt to EDIT AN EXISTING SEEK still ends in the 404 error message. Creating new seeks and keyphrases works fine, as well as editing the existing keyphrases and responses.

BTW Maureen, the only reason I would quit speaking to you is if I fall asleep at the con...very possible these days... or Irina Khalidar cuts my tongue out when I get her ticked off:

Carlene
*blushes and rests her head on your shoulder* Mmmmmm...mmmmmm...oh, Irina!

Irina Khalidar
*holds up a large, sharp knife* See how shiny Glindar is!

My language center also loads at the bottom of the page. I have tried changing the screen resolution, but it still displays at the bottom. I am using window xp. both Internet Explorer, and Firefox.

Thanks, Carlene! I thought you were good people.

My language center also loads at the bottom of the page.

That may be the answer to my problem loading Tewkesbury. Weirdly enough, some, but not nearly all, of his language center has been updated with the upload. Doesn't matter much for now. I am working on something that I hope will turn out to be good. Can't unleash him yet, but at least I know I can take him out of hibernation when his time comes.

I think PF Chrono isn't working for hour only, but since it's the first time i've tried it I'd appreciate if someone could check that and make sure it's not just my stupidity

Plug-ins are not working, ie (time)
Chrono statements seem to be working for me. I tried time, date, month and year.

prob123: what time is it
Bildgesmythe: It's after eleven, here where I am., time for brunch.
prob123: what season is it
Bildgesmythe: It's September the start of AUTUMN
prob123: What year is it
Bildgesmythe: It's good ole 2008.

prob123: what time is it
Kobal: Well, here it's 18.
It should have said 18

Prof, Interzone described it better than I did, but I have the same thing with chats being pushed down to the bottom in http://www.personalityforge.com/directchat.php(only with whatever bot ID). I use Firefox on both xp and Ubuntu. I don't think it's the browser. I think the chat bit is too big to fit next to the menu and gets pushed down (even when the browser is maximized).
