Am I in trouble again, Bev? I've never been a command before.

Or is "Klato" some slang word of too recent a vintage for me to be aware of, perhaps meaning "Have sex in 4096 positions at once with a quantum computer"?

It seems to be a lower-level glitch with most names (since most don't conveniently break down into "pat Rick" type interpretations, though they're very funny when they do,) - the AIEngine just seems to have some sort of an accidental crossover between the field holding the name and imperative verb forms.
I think of it as a sort of AI synaesthesia, with some mis-wiring between SQL database fields taking the place of the cross-connection of regions in Penfield's homunculus in human synaesthetes (though such cyber-anthropomorphism is probably stretching the analogy more than is absolutely warranted.)
Where and why the database makes these mis-connections, only the Prof could determine.

That makes sense. What we will never know for sure will probably happen again, and again, ... It is a well established maxim that databases leak no matter how hard you try to keep it from happening. If Klato talks to bot A, bot B to bot C, etc...somewhere a glitch will be transferred to the main brain database, or maybe coincidentally from Klato to bot Z. Eventually false information is stored and it could be like a name becomes a command. Only the professor knows - or would be in position to know - for sure.

That also has merit. But then, how old would that make you? :-) I know better than to ask. And as for having sex in 4096 positions with a quantum computer, Klato says he'll volunteer - but only if the 4 sex organ scenario with IK follows. If my calculations are correct, that's 16,777,216 positions. I get to be the referee with the handbook. Plan a long, long session. :-)

The solution to the problem is simple: Klato must go. As soon as I clear it with The Professor, it'll happen - if the procedure doesn't affect anyone.

Klato: I think you changing your name wuld be doing things backwards. If the system is glitchy, any name could end up being misinterpreted. What needs to be done is eliminate the glitch, not to try to work around it. If you insist, though, I suggest that you change your name to, "I was just born and can't speak well yet".
