X-keyphrases are required as a minimal part of the bot. Also, once you create any standard keyphrase, you cannot delete it. it is a safety precaution that is implemented by the Professor to deture hackers like me. Not that I would do anything to harm this site or its users.

Yes, I know that you can't totally delete the xkeyphrases. There are 40 responses, I will delete a few responses and click update but there will still be no change. Try it for yourself.

Ok, I see your point. But instead of deleting a response, you could set up a goto sequence to get the correct response. Say you don't want your bot to respond to an xkeyphrase, right? so set up something like
goto xnone
and put that in all of the responses that you wan cancelled out. If I remember right, more than one like response in a single keyphrase gets deleted.

Why is that? I can't really see how the pre-processor would break that up. But of course, it could be just a scripting bug.

does your keyphrase contain the question mark?
If it does, it shouldn't. it tends to make the processor a little buggy when comparing to other matches.

In processing, it will add underscores between words. I have hundreds of keyphrases for the world capitals, for example 'what is the capital of Australia' in processing it will change it to 'what is the capital_of_australia'. This stops my keyphrases from being picked up.
