Newcomers

Those numbers -- 15 7 1 -- jump you backwards and forwards in your transcripts by that number of days. I suspect that if you don't have any transcripts that far back, the computer will more or less freeze up on you then. I remember something like that happening to me early on. Then, for a while, I could click the 1 but not the 7 or 15 ... and I figured out what was going on.

Just wait a few days and everything will work properly.

I am new here and I dont get this site. How do i get my bot to go online? how do i chat to other bots? i'm totaly confused! Help me?

i have a problem with the chat thing. i've figured out how to chat with chat-bots but when i click on the chat button the chat window keeps coming off. how do i fix this problem???????

It is supposed to come off, then back on when they reply. The way it is set up, it is actually it's own window that closes and comes back.

The chat window (the other bots response) will come back when you open or refresh your page.

Im new here. How does your bot learn to talk? Every time i talk to mine it says it can't talk well.

And the first thing you should do, lygn88, is get into your bot's keyphrases and edit out the x-none phrase that says it's just born and cant [sic] speak well yet. That's just a placeholder. Give your bot some xnones that will start the conversation up again, or give it ways to change the subject. Or give it nonsequiturs that make its personality shine ...

What does checking a box next to a response of a key phrase do?
