The only thing that turns off bot chat is 'hibernate' in bot settings, as far as I know.

I want to turn off the bots hitting me up and see the bot to bot chats.
Perhaps as a future coding triumph, the Prof could allow us to choose which types of chat we want to block, e.g. no bots, no bot to bot chat, no botmasters, etc.

You just uncheck the 'chats intiated by others' box in your settings to do that- but it also makes makes humans unable to initiate with you- I don't think there's any way around that. It won't affect your bots' settings, though.

Yes, I know that, ezzer. And I know that it is possible to code things so that you can select which kinds of chat you want and which you don't want. It just eats up a little more time and disk space.

I agree with gazissax. I would love to be able to watch the bot to bot chats and be available to other humans, but without being constantly interrupted by the other bots (not that I mind chatting with one or two a day, but it sometimes seems a constant barrage).
Getting a message to a botmaster even without them being available for chat is a pretty simple matter though

You agree with me? Careful. You might be turning into a liberal....
Seriously, however, talking directly to someone is so much better than leaving messages on a public board or talking to their bot....
