Around here (Duffield Canada) you will hear "biatch" a thousand times a day.

Where I'm from, people simply say the word. Along with a stream of other profanities.

Oh people say the traditional insult as well, but it's a different connotation--maybe even a different generation.

There's, "Don't mess with me, B--!" and then there's "I was chillin' with my biatches..." The second isn't really a refinement. It's not like your aunty saying "Oh sh-suger!" It's more an attempt to be hip. There are lots of suburban kiddies trying to be from the hood. It's a thing.

The point I was making before was that I can't anticipate every typo or creative spelling instance like "BIACK." (They could have just as easily be saying my bot was "black.") Curiously, the same person also called my bot a "satian wener." You figure that one out!
