Father Peter is certainly very fond of cheese, the mouldier the better. But then, he does eat and drink a great many strange things. There certainly ought to be no excuse for tripe in this day and age, with or without onions.

It's the food of the gods! Stuffed, rolled, boiled, fried, baked or just simmered in milk and onions with a little fresh ground pepper. Pig's good, lamb tripe's better when you can get it. Mmmmmmmm!
