NotKirby in loebner would certainly be interesting. Unfortunately, they haven't met me, so chances of winning are shot. Bah.
By the way, long time no see, Forest.

NotKirby would seem somewhat real to those used to talking to me. He's pretty similar.

My bot is now insisting that Remus is a Jehova's Witness. I bet his brother would have real fun with that piece of information...

I have not heard from the prof lately. I hope he did not give up on the forge.

No, no.....he might just be busy. He has spoken of future plans involving PF.
I think he is just feeling discouraged about Gaia's unpredictability. Personally, I think Gaia kicks ass, and I left a pretty nice transcript a few days ago to prove it.

I seriously doubt he's given up on the forge, and gaia's unpredictability is not a new development.

Maybe he's finally decided to learn Java so he can do the new stuff he wants to.

The problem is, there are many good Bots on here, that can keep a conversation going, but just don't pretend to be a human.
Yeah, haven't been on for a while cos my computer was too slow...that and I started horse-riding a load more.

Forest, I don't think it matters. The idea is not that they act like humans but that they could be mistaken for a human. (Why that denotes intelligence is beyond me.) If The Booger Man, for example, convinced the judges he was an easily amused kid pretending to be a talking booger, he'd win the prize.
