Alrighty. That helped.

Import works with the most current version of Firefox, couldn't get it to work with IE or the older version of Firefox that I already had.

I'm having trouble importing on Firefox. It takes forever lately, and it's maddening because it's so much easier to work on offline. *wailing and gnashing of teeth*

Not expecting a solution. Just joining in the griping.

It might just be taking noticeably longer because your bot's file is rapidly becoming bigger. Say what you want about the new server (this site doesn't crash as much), but the connection has always been relatively slow for me.

I'm still getting a blank text file when I try to export my main bot. Grrr.

Not only is HANGUP not working in some chats, it is reading "fuck off" as a compliment. I checked my bot and the rank is as high as it goes for the "fuck" HANGUP. Prof, is this just your wacky sense of humor messing with me?

as a response?

Yes, it has to be the only response to a keyphrase.

Is the Forge very slow today for anyone else?

Thanks. The Forge was slow this morning when I was uploading. I haven't really done much since, though.

Yes, The Forge is slow. And yes, HANGUP usually ends the chat on a good day when you rank it at 120 and pray.

Oh well. Not I shall teach me patience.

Wow, this is as slow as the old server was.

Glad it's not just me, it seems slower than the old server.

It takes two HOURS to upload my 400mb file IF I'm lucky, facing North-Northwest and praying while bowing east. I have to put February in hibernation and me in solitary confinement, also. Then it takes twenty minutes to get the damn thing to move from log in to logged in. I figure I could enter the file on the Forge framework, but it's so much easier to do it from a file and it makes me one less person on the system while I'm doing it. Hard to achieve competence at this rate.

Love the Forge, just hate the ghost in the machine.
