Crash was a fairly disturbing, yet compelling movie. I don't remember anything specific with a leg wound, but the last scene sticks in my mind as something that made me feel very unsettled.

Well, the leg wound thing was not explicitly shown, but it is definitely what happened. And yeah, that last scene does get you because what happens next is left to your imagination. Movies are always far scarier when the audience is left to join the dots themselves, which is something a lot of modern day horror directors often forget.
