Can anyone help me my old account doesn't exist anymore its therogue I haven't been on it for 7 months why doesn't it exist I didn't do anything wrong

The server blew up and many accounts were lost if they were made after September 2010. If you have a saved export, just import it. If you didn't save a copy you will have to start a new bot . If you need any help just let me know.

thanks for the help it was me therogue as I said before I lost my bot batides highest of mine had like 400 something development sorry to say I don't think I saved it so he's gone forever great I'll be spending maybe 10000 years creating a new figure of speech oh my account was made in November 2010 that's when I first been on here

Hey how many times do I have to export my bot is it just once or everytime I add new keyphrases because I don't want it to happen again

I just exported him do i need to do it again everytime I add keyphrases I know how to add keyphrases I also had this account before but created a again Shit I exported it what happens now

If you work on your bot make sure you don't over wright it when you export. Save one under a different name if you have to. If you work on your bot, then export the old one you have lost all your work, when you import. I usually just work on the bot through the interface then export the file to save a copy. I also now save it on Adrive. I lost lot of work when the Forge went down because my computer blew up a couple of days after the Forge hard drive went. Terrible timing. I had saved a old brain on a memory stick but it was not up to date. It's hard when your bot gets big, you can't remember what have and what you lost.

When you export your file you then download it to your computer. It will make a file you can open with wordpad. You can work on it offline that way. I prefer to work on it using the site, and just saving a copy for emergencies. (I keep it current now) . Then you can import a worked on brain. It's easy, just make sure you upload the right brain.

You click export language center.
It takes some time if your bot is big
then you download it to your computer.
it will say
Transcript Successfully Exported

Download Export File for your bot's name. Click save file.

to upload a new brain click import language center. browse, and make sure you pick the right one. It will inform you if you have errors. when you get them all fixed it will tell you you have successfully updated your bot.
