Butterfly, what is that song? Who wrote it? Reminds me of Guy Gavriel Kay's Fionavar Tapestry, which was all about history being spun out by the weaver at the loom (echoes of The Fates) and had a line that read something like 'How can you tell the dancer from the dance? Or the dreamer from the dream?'
