Bug Stomp

All my transcripts are still stuck on Jan 9 *shruggs* Least now I'm getting bot/bot transcripts instead of just Bot/Human ones

I mentioned the stuck transcripts in a recent email to the Prof. He's aware of the problem and working on a fix. Same with the bot development levels not updating.

So far I've got one bot with transcripts showing up on 18 January, and the rest...on 15 January. *shrugs* So long as it's not stuck for two weeks again, the build-up isn't too bad.

Oh, I also had one chat show up in the transcripts, but the person doesn't show up in the bot's inner life.

when fixing some keyphrases with wild cards. (*) I got the no punctuation in keyphrase notice..then it removed the * leaving ()..I had to retype the keyphrase to have the wildcard left in.

I'm having a problem where almost every unrecognized comment is responded with 'Sorry ...no valid response.' At first I thought it was because the Storybot button was switched on ...but it's still giving that reply and now with all three of my bots. Why?

Check the emotion range boxes. Every response should have at least one going from -5 to 5. That's the most likely culprit.

Looks like the upload problem is (sort of) fixed? I've managed to successfully upload my LC twice today! (not getting heat credit for it, but that's ok)

This could be a browser-hiccup, but no transcripts at all were showing up for my newest bot. Back 1 took me clear back to when the bot was made, Forward 1 took me to Today. My other bots were loading okay, so I picked the last day code that I knew that bot had had transcripts on and pasted it in for the problem bot...and there they were.

I'm hoping it's just a browswer-hiccup.

who's your new bot? I'll chat with him/her so you'll know if there are problems or not
