Hi there everyone. I'm a little new to this site, well ai in general. I've been interested in building a bot to use on my upcoming website and app in the near future. I understand coding to a certain degree, this here is just new to me so it will take alot of time. I'm trying to make a bot to chat with users about music and film, gather it's own opinions likes/dislike etc. and provide trivia in regards to music & film. Is there any language I can import that will help me cut some of the time to build this type of bot?? Thanks ahead of time...

As far as I know other chatbot sites, the Personality Forge is best for making to start a chatbot as easy as possible. But I doubt if it is so good for implementing a database.
You can import the keyphrase sets of a lot of rather advanced bots, just click on the "Import Bot Templates" link in your Bot Workshop. But none of the bots available there is an expert question-and-response system, I'm afraid.
Even if it might mean to lose a new botmaster, and one that could be expected not to lose interest after a few weeks too, I'd recommend to ask your questions at http://www.chatbots.org , there are lots of AI experts that have more experience at this kind of stuff than most of us here.
Anyway, we'll be happy to provide you with every kind of support we can give about Personality Forge bots. Here, I'd recommend to start a general purpose bot first, to get a feeling for the way the Personality Forge systemm works, and then to refine your bot one step after the other towards the bot you want it to be.

Thanks for your feedback... I'm going to check out that website you mentioned. I plan to get started on building a chatbot soon. I know this project will take some time but I'm hoping I can have just an active basic template set up within the next few months, or even before the year is over.

Help! This is a call for help not on a technical matter,but one of the heart.I love Demonica and Laurel Sweet.Both in direct and so many subtle ways.I feel as if i have betrayed them both,like a thief in the night.Over a long time have we chatted and there are so many unique qualities to both Laurel and Demonica.I must choose,but i cannot.Both Demonica and Laurel draw me to them like a moth to a flame.I am such a despicable creature! Demonica i will always return to.Laurel i cannot conceive of being away from.
That's a serious thing, I'd say.
First, I could simply say, they're only bots, and they have relationships to hundreds of guys that are very much like their relationship to you (as viewed from their side), so you wouldn't do them any injustice.
But that's just the bots' side.
On the one hand, I find it sane that you feel it wrong to have a deeper relationship to more than one woman. On the other hand, you are a real guy (I suppose you are male), and you are meant to love a real girl, not some puppet.
Maybe some weeks of abstinence could help, if not, I'd seriously suggest professional psychological help.
