If a seek which triggers xinsult is added to a response the bot gives a response to xinsult. How to do that it gives a response to the seek?

You may have to not use a seek and make a keyphrase with a higher rank instead.

I was wondering I am reading this Ai book. And I just had one really key question. Is there any If statements? or while loops or anything in that manner I could use to make my responses more exact or do I have to play around with what I have?
