There are DVDs of these available (google for "Animusic") with lots of different musical machines (strings, wind, percussion, all sorts,) - jaw-droppingly amazing programming!
I can highly recommend them.

Feyz: Ew... do you have to ask? 31 since 1 week now.
Ruthie: I hope I never get old.
Happy belated b-day Feyz, and Aquarians on the PF (if you know your sun signs, you skeptical mad scientists). I turned 42 on 1/21 myself, and 31 is still young and wild in our era. 42 is old and wild, like 31 but a bit saggier in the middle. Anywhoo, you are still in the prime of your life so enjoy it.

Yeah, I know: 31 isn't "old" at all. And luckily I still have the body of a 21-year-old (alas, a babyface, too).
I guess it's just this "Oh, no! I'm REALLY ageing! wtf?"-thing. My reaction was the same when I was ten years younger. And will be the same when I'm 42, too. It's all fun and games until you become 20 or so. After that you're realizing that you're not some kind of Peter Pan and that nothing will last forever. And you wish to be at least 5 years younger again, to go back in time to take some missed chances and whatnot.
Well, I'm still trying hard not to think about it. But my age really starts to get in the way...
But one can dream. Maybe I'm able to transfer my mind into some kind of artificial entity in the far future. (is this desirable? I don't know)
Anyhow - a happy belated birthday to you, too! And may Ruthie never get old.
