I'll go with the keyphrase, but the seek is for after my bot says sorry about something, so ok might pick up wrongly for that

Yes, apostrophies are not permitted in keyphrases

Btw, I am thinking of starting a work on a dictionary - starting from letter "A" and ending with "Z"
The Verbot has a knowledge file like that... To match single words - kind of one-word-specific xnomatch.

If you over do the one word thing your bot doesn't sound coherent. It's better to start with nouns, I found a children's dictionary works well. Common sayings and cliches are also good.

It seems hard at first but it will sink in. The first thing to do is to go to your bot and click on the workbench, then the language center, click on the xkeywords and start filling in responses for them. think of how you want your bot to say hello and fill that in xhello. how they would answer an insult under xinsults etc. If you get all those filled in your bot begins to sound a little more normal. Then work on simple keyphrases like. you are, are you, I am, what, where, why etc.
